Community Partnership Hub is Back! We're excited to share that the Bradford City FC Community Foundation, in partnership with Rackets Cubed, is relaunching the Community Partnership Hub! Starting Thursday 18th June 2026 Every Thursday, 3:30pm – 5:30pm City Hub, 36 Valley Parade, Bradford, BD8 7DZ This welcoming space is open to local families, residents, and community members, offering: Food supplies & community meals A dedicated play area & activities for children and young people Weekly family activities including baking & cooking demonstrations All for just £5 per family, per week Find out more and register here: https://www.bradfordcitycf.org.uk/cph This relaunch is part of our new Community Day, running every Thursday alongside our Moments Café – a friendly, inclusive space for older people, including those living with dementia and Parkinson's.

Join us for an informative and supportive session with a representative from Social Services, who will discuss the range of services and support available for SEND families, including referral pathways and access to support. The session will also provide an opportunity to explore cultural stigma and concerns that some may experience when accessing services, including fears and misconceptions around involvement from Social Services. We are also pleased to welcome Mahum from Send Salaam, who will explain the services and support they provide for parents and families of children with SEND.
